LV Rogers Dance Department is a part of the Healthy Schools Network for the 2011-12 year.
Our inquiry question is:
If we contribute to and advocate for positive relationships that strengthen school engagement and connectedness to the school and community through
dance will the school community have a better understanding of the physical and mental benefits of dance?
We are kicking off our year by asking several people to complete a survey to help us gather data so we can assess our strengths and areas for growth !

DANCE INTRAMURALS
LV Dance enthousiasts led a high energy hip hop workshop at lunch for LVR students during the December Dance Intramurals. Everyone had a great time!
KINETIC ENERGY
LV Dance Company students have been engaged in a cross curricular exploration with science teacher Ms. Jones to explain the theory of Kinetic Energy through Dance. Performances should happening in April. Video will be posted.
